Dear Steve and all,Water trials will hopefully determine, though the ends are built symmetrically. The drawing it is based on only shows half a canoe (unless the canoe is only 7-1/2' feet long and has a transom ;-) Historic photos and other drawings seem to suggest they are pretty darn symmetrical.
