I was pretty sure that I hadn't stumbled upon anything that lots of paddlers don't already know about, but as someone who has only recently discovered Greenland kayaking it's fascinating reading for me and, who knows, perhaps other P'wisers. Interestingly enough, while reading Chapman's chapter my imagination conjured up a picture of a grizzled paddler who looked a lot like Strosaker... commando style... with an autograph.
