Sad situation. Warm day -- rescuers in short sleeves -- but serioiusly cold water. Where have we heard that scenario before? Other anecdotal information from other media -- apparently no PFDs involved: local rule that PFDs not necessary after 15 April: boaters had purchased beer earlier in the morning. Lots of data -- not a lot of information. This wasn't more than a "pretty-good-storm" and it still cost one life.
