I was wondering if anyone had an injury similar to mine. If I move my left arm straight out or overhead, I will get a painful pop or snap where my biceps meet my deltoid. I'm sure I aggravated it kayaking too hard too soon 3 days in a row. I haven't kayaked now for two weeks and sensation has improved but not gone away. Has anybody else experienced this, and what did you do? Advice is appreciated. I don't want to give up kayaking that's for sure.
