Ok... for all of you who think there is nothing worth watching on television
I have something that may change your mind. The HDTheater channel (281 on
Directv) airs "Sunrise Earth" every morning at 7am. Commercials at the
beginning and the ending few minutes only. It's a sunrise somewhere in the
world focusing on the animals in a specific area. One morning it was a mom
moose and her baby rustling up grub in a northern lake with birds calling in
the background. Another time it was the geysers in Yellowstone at dawn. This
morning it's a "gator hole" showing the animals getting ready for a new day.
The sound track is natural.. no narration at all.

I use this time to get my day in order, answer email, etc. while glancing at
the HD screen and, all the while, hearing the natural sounds of whatever
area they are showing. I'm becoming addicted to this program. This alone was
worth getting HD.

Highly recommended.

No need to be concerned. In another 50 years or so their won't be any
nature,
just tar balls and mid-ocean floating plastic debris fields. I got my HD.
I'm set.
