A friend and I had a great day surfin' San O today.
The morning report said 1-2 and poor, but conditions seemed a lot nicer
than that when we got there.
Nothin' big or scary, but some fun rides--and no tar balls!

A great way to start my morning. I noticed you seemed to be trying to surf
backwards a couple of times. Was that part of some technique I don't
understand?

Nice to see that the storms haven't washed all of San O away. Yet.

The wakeboard boats are just starting to appear on the lake here but I
haven't had the F-1 out to ride any of them. Closest I get to "surf" aorund
here. Still fun tho.

No tar balls here either. :P

I like to try surfing backwards on occasion! Especially when you've come
in on a set and you know you can't get back to set up for the next wave.
In the last shot, I was trying to do a backwards endo, but my stern hit
the rocks and I decided there might not be enough water under me for
such shenanigans!
