[Paddlewise] Good instructor in North Carolina

I have a friend who is interested in paddling and who will be moving to
Raleigh, NC.  She has noticed that there are several lakes in the area.  She's
interested in quiet water paddling.  Can anyone suggest an instructor in the
area?  She wants to have lessons  because I have told her of the importance of
that.  I'd love to have some names to give her.  I know the importance of
having a good instructor.  I've seen some that weren't good.
