[Paddlewise] Ulu knife

My wife took a trip to Alaska and brought me back one of these.

Since I do the cooking I quickly gave it a try in the kitchen on various
veggies and meats. It comes with a wooden cutting bowl that mates with the
curve of the blade. It really is an amazingly useful item to have in the
kitchen and only takes up about as much room as a soup bowl on the counter.

Think Christmas or maybe even Halloween.
