I am looking to buy a helmet but require a relatively universal fit because several heads may wear it. Is there a brand that has higher than average adjustability? Suggestions? *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - Any opinions or suggestions expressed here are solely those of the writer(s). Is there a brand that has higher than average adjustability? Suggestions? I like Shred Ready. Each helmet comes with its own carry bag in which you can store the extra adjustment pads. You can buy good used helmets from the Gearswap section of Boatertalk. Prices are usually about 60% off new. If you buy used be sure the helmet comes with the base of skull pad which on the Shred Ready brand is also called the H.O.G . system and the extra fit inserts for your helmet sharing buddies.
