Little Tybee Island is located near Savannah, GA USA. Getting to it is very easy. Bring bug spray, water and trash bags as this is an uninhabited barrier island. The fishing can be quite good right off the beach. Dolphin sightings galore along with the rare Steve Cramer sighting.
