Hi John, I'll try to send you more details on some of the cases. Not many of us study this sort of data. The information is easily lost from the record and hard to get in the first place from "Public records". Authorities often refuse to release data or fail to collect it in the first place. In my experience, if paddlers want to educate paddlers or the public, we must do it ourselves. The authorities refuse to do it. In my opinion, they are controlled by "The Industry". I have a lot more to say on this highly vexing issue, but it is good to see that the issue is becoming international.
