[Paddlewise] Yet another reason to wear a PFD

Yet another reason to wear a PFD:  a snowboarder fell off a bridge into the
Poplar River at Lutsen, Minnesota, on Sunday.

 

I shouted out and put on the breaks when I saw him fall in (at 2:32 of the
vid - up ahead on the left - take it one frame at a time), fearing the
worst, but he was up and out of the river immediately, unharmed.

After Thursday's pinned kayak recovery, it's now got me wondering if I am a
jinx causing others to have less than enjoyable dates with the Naiads.
