[Paddlewise] SOF SUP

WTF? A SOF SUP? ROFL! Wait... not so fast....... why not? I was just
watching a history of surfing and they mentioned a guy in Hawaii who made
hollow surfboards out of marine plywood with an internal framework. I
thought to myself, "Self," I said, "I'll bet someone like Brian Schulz of
Cape Falcon Kayaks could do something with in skin on frame and make a
really light weight SUP.

(By the way, I had thought that these phrase shortcuts were acronyms but it
turns out that an acronym technically has to be pronouncable in-and-of
itself; and, moreover, commonly expressed that way. NASA is an acronym but
WTF is an "initialism". At any rate I'm looking forward to hearing a lot of
these in any replies.)
