Maybe I should have read the article first... looks like it's those darned Canadians this time around. Gee, and they used to be so easy to get along with, too. I hear Mexico wants tourists... I wonder if they've relaxed *their* border crossing requirements. My wife noticed that there seems to be many fewer BC vehicles on the roads here in along Interstate 90 in central WA state. I wonder if there is some tit-for-tat going on amongst bureaucrats. The article also mentioned that some Canadian border areas do not require boaters to check in if they do not land or anchor but that others do and that there seems to be confusion on both sides.
