I know of several that document local accidents but I don't think anyone covers the entire USA (or North America). It's not like aircraft where the FAA (in the US) investigates every single reported aircraft incident from a wing-tip touch to a full-on-disaster. USCG does investigate large vessel incidents but it's local police that do the small (!) ones. Using a search engine would be difficult because results are often old and repeated in many places. In fact, the old and out-of-date information on the web is fast becoming an issue when trying to find data in almost all searches. (Not to mention the stuff that's just incorrect.) I can't even think of an efficient way to concatenate the data accurately. Maybe insurance info?
