[Paddlewise] Sea Kayaker Magazine to Cease Publication

Everything changes. It's possible that Paddlewise provided more authors of
articles to Sea Kayaker Magazine than any other single venue. But today
they announced via emails to subscribers that they would cease publication
of SKM after the next month's issue.

End of an era. I'll miss it. I enjoyed writing for it.
