Dear sirs,

We are an free(no-borders) international group of sea kayakers. On two sea
kayaks, 3 people, we will start a paddling expedition starting from North
Sea( Belgium-Port Antwerp) to Black Sea(Istanbul). This expedition aims to
attract peoples attention to rivers management and protection. We
especially aim Danube's case. Although expedition is organized by a Turkish
group, it is an international affair open to everyone. We will travel under
U.N flag. We expect contrubutions from all countries of Europe ( Especially
the countries along the Danube River). In this manner we invite all
volunteers to participate in this expedition. Expedition starts
on 3rd of August 1998. It will take approximately 9 weeks. We have room for
everyone in this campaign. More contrubution more impact to environmental
issues. This a multi-national & multi-institutional expedition sponsored by
a telecommunication company ALCATEL. One of the kayaks will be available
for the volunteer paddlers.We are also looking for volunteers from; 
Belgium,Holland,Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Yugoslavia, Crotia, Romania, Bulgaria. Dou have
addresses of the organizations and the volunteers in those countries?  Can
you also pass this message to third parties(everyone if possible).
