Well. . . I copy the paddlewise address, click the "reply" button, add the paddlewise address and delete the sender/poster address. Sometimes I polish up the subject line. Then I cobble together a text from what's been posted and how I want to respond to it. Of late, I'm discovering that the "select all" and "delete" button work well. . . Of course "new message" might work better. . . I may go down in flames on this one, but I think "bandwidth" is not so much an issue online as it is in something like broadcasting. I have a hard time believing that paring a few lines from my post is going to make much of an impact when compared to SPAM and the extensive network documentation stuff that flies about. I suppose I feel like a kayaker in the harbor (harbour) worrying about wake when there's jetskis, tugs, freighters, and powerboats zipping past me.
