and that i can relate to. my favorite lake to paddle around is quite open,
i like to play in the waves, but, when i have to quarter them, it's one
heck of a work out, and more than difficult. here would be the perfect
time for a rudder!!

i started to say, "well my boat's foot pegs are solid, with a 'toe
control'" (the forefoot control you were probably referring to!) [don't
know what else to call it ;-] and then i said "duh" my boat's german ;-)

i think i'm going to try a rudder this next summer, one one boat, and tell
you how i like it!!
