Could you please send around more info about it? I have a handout about it - a 20-page tabloid format newspaper thing, which says it is in Pohick Bay Park April 25&26 - says there will be kayaks to paddle, but says nothing about who will be there - which companies, which vendors, etc. Do you know? If you're interested in Greenland paddles and in the Chesapeake Bay area (which I assume you are, since you're planning to go to the Lorton event), you might want to send your query to the CPAKayaker listserv. CPA people are kind of Inuit-identified, and there's lots of strong feelings about Greenland paddles. (I'm not so Inuit-identified, so I'm probably making mistakes about what's Inuit and what's from Greenland...) If you're a newbie in the Chesapeake Bay area you might also want to check out CPA (Chesapeake Paddlers' Assoc) - good group through whom to learn lots of basic skills and things. To subscribe to CPAKayaker, send the message "subscribe CPAKayaker" to majordomo_at_lists.shire.net. For general info about CPA, send an email to Greg Welker (who is no doubt reading this - you're on this list, Greg, aren't you?) at gwelker_at_erols.com.
