The most scenic route would be to put in on the Atlantic side, paddle up the St. Mary's River along the border of GA, then arrange a short shuttle from the St. Mary's to the Suwanee River where it will be downhill all the way. If I remember correctly that is a 225 mile route +/- and the scenery would be unequalled. Any other route would involve man-made waterways along a major portion.
