A good exercise for an advanced rescue clinic is an "All In Rescue". The only rule is that nobody gets back into their boat until the boat has been emptied of water. The trick is to get people in teams accustomed to helping each other to get first one boat emptied using another boat as a fulcrum and then, when the first person is back in a boat, he/she can help the others empty and then into their boats. Again you will see some interesting attempts and these can be used to begin a discussion of just how to do it correctly.
