I'm 10 years away from a forestry career, but as I used it regularly in this
manner I assume I got it from either Forestry Suppliers or Ben Meadows. Most
supplies came from one of these two catalogues. I no longer have addresses. If
they do not come up on a Web search, then calling any forestry school in a wet
area would get a source. In fact, book stores at these -- Oregon State Univ.,
Corvallis, OR ; Univ. of Washington, Seattle, Univ. British Columbia, Vancouver
will almost certainly carry it -- for engineers and surveyors if not for
foresters.

Peace, Brian
