Re: [Paddlewise] Gray whales and the Makah

A response to the 'one-sidedness' comment.

Let's be objective please.... the proof that there is Japanese and
Norwegian involvement comes through their admitted funding of the World
Council for Whalers office in Port Alberni, BC. (I am sure a local
paddlewise subscriber can contact this group and confirm it --- that way it
will remain "objective")

Secondly, the memos between the Makah and the US NMFS discussing Makah
proposals to sell whale meat to Japan are available from NMFS through the
freedom of information act -- they are in existance and confirmable.

I'll leave the rest to those who are willing to pursue the proof. (It's
out there!)
