I used a specicially built groover this summer which was quite satisfactory. Unfortunately, I don't know the manufacturer, but the system had a rudimentary seat which did not make grooves, used the standard blue fluid and had a pretty much hands-free clean-out system. I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of odor and general inoffensiveness of the whole thing. It was not inflatable and seamed pretty secure.
