I have a few openings in a pool session on Saturday evening, November 7th for anyone in the Seattle to Bellingham area (Washington State). We meet at the Mt. Vernon YMCA. I usually have 5 to 8 volunteer instructors who can help with training on rescues, bracing, sculling, and rolling. I'll have my video camera to use to analyze technique. I can record your roll (or roll attempt) underwater during the set-up, sweep, and snap and then follow as you come out of the water for the roll completion. We can also use the camera to record your bracing and sculling technique. After the pool session we will go out for dinner and view the video. We can run segments in slow motion or stop action completly. The cost is only $15 which covers the cost of the pool. All instructors including myself are volunteers.
