I once towed a stalled jetski to shore on a local lake. Of course, there was an attractive young woman on it; if it had been her boyfriend, I probably wouldn't have bothered. ;-) BTW, it was a hard tow; jet skis are heavy and designed to plane on top of the water, not glide through it.
