The "over 40 crowd" is more succeptable to over-use injuries. I suspect
the more over 40 you are, the more succeptable one is. I irrited my
shoulder joint after doing 100 rolls in one session. It kept getting worse
the more I paddled. I went to the Baylor College of Medicine Sports
Center... they did some deep heat... and gave me exercises.. but it got
worse after these sessions. I laid off paddling and exercising the
shoulder for three months. I no longer have any pain... I feel I can get
back to paddling and some shoulder strenghten exercises.
