Are you sure the radios would be legal in the tunnels? I thought one could
only use the VHF on water. Would it be legal under the water? Will the
ducky antenna work or will I
have to use a telescoping one? How about this TV like antenna? Will a 1
watt HH VHF work or do I need a 5 watter?

I'm just not going to ask about what kind of batteries to use!

Its been a long Monday!
Dan (Actually find the whole battery/VHF/antenna thread very interesting)
