[Paddlewise] Drogue vs Driftstopper

I didn't understand the recent thread concerning how the driftstopper is
launched with the bow into the wind but the drogue is launched with the
stern into the wind. I can see why the driftstopper is deployed from the
bow because the holder is mounted to the deck between the cockpit and
the bow. But,what I don't understand, is why the drogue can't launched
from the bow as well. I would prefer to keep my bow into the wind for
comfort and self-preservation. Tractor kites can be launched attached to
a loop of rope between the cockpit and the bow. Why can't the drogue be
launched the same way?    James Jacobs
