In the warm months <March to November> I camp out of my sea kayak as much as I don't. We <Alder Creek Kayak and Canoe> guide a variety of trips both day and overnight. My opinion is most of our sea kayak customers are kayak kampers. BTW we have *alot* of kayak camping areas around the PNW. Another note: IMHO : Sea Kayak = Mini Van and Canoe= Pickup Truck. Mini vans have a confined <but bunch of> room while P/U's have unlimited <nearly> room. It's like suspenders they both work at holding up your pants but they do it in different ways.
