[Paddlewise] PJ Under or Over the PFD

When travelling I am always removing my paddle jacket and putting it back
on.  (As the rain starts and stops, as the sun comes up and as I get warmed
up from the exercise.)  I guess I get hot and cold quickly.  It is a big
pain to me to to have to remove my PFD and put it back on each time.
Therefore I much prefer the jacket over the PFD.
