....for what it is worth, my wife emailed Max Cleland Rep. of Georgia six weeks ago with this same query. He wrote back saying that was scuttlebutt......rumor.....no basis in fact. No legislation pending of this nature. It doesn't surprise me that they haven't tried this before now though, or will try it at some point in the future.
