Anyone use those folding, waffle-like, foam pads for under the sleeping bag? How do they compare to a thermarest self-inflating? I have a regular thermarest, and it is just a bit thinner than I would like for complete comfort. I am thinking of buying the thermarest deluxe, but I wonder about these other things. They fold up to a pretty tight size. Might be a problem getting them into a "normal" hatch, but it wouldn't be a problem for my Feathercraft.
