I have, however rolled an 18 foot aluminum Grumman canoe which can't be much easier. No floatation in it, so I was full of water, but upright at the end which counted (on a $25 bet). In the standing waves at the bottom of a class three rapids. Dunno if that qualifies as "rough conditions" or not.....
