I composed a private E-mail to David but it almost got sent to this list
because when I hit reply to author the paddlewise name came up. I caught it
this time but my post to Andree went out for all to see. This brings up a
couple of questions. First, is there an easier way to post to the list than
I am doing. Now I usually hit reply to author (as I discovered this makes
the nice little marks in front of the old posts to distinguish them) and
then change the To: address to the paddlewise address I copy off the bottom
of the original.  The "Reply to newsgroup" choice doesn't show up
highlighted as a valid choice on my browser (IE4.0) and I have been afraid
to use "Reply to all" for fear I will email everyone in my address folder
with what I am sending to paddlewise. Is there something I can do to make
the "Reply to newsgroup" choice work? Make it a button in the header?
Second question. We have a float bag made for us that seems to be just what
David wanted to find. Would it have been inappropriate if I had E-mailed the
specs to the whole group (as almost happened accidently and I don't know
why) as it is a product that others might be interested in but most likely
don't yet know it exists. I don't want to abuse this group with advertising
but I'm not sure where the line is between information and advertising.
