Happy Mother's Day to all paddle moms. I'm lucky, my wife lets me go
paddling almost whenever I want to, while she stays home to watch the
children. I have a number of female paddle friends who are single moms, and
are very restricted from paddling. This post is for you...Happy Mother's
Day once again. I try not to take my good fortune for granted, and I do
take mom and the kids on the water in the summer, canoeing and kayaking
whenever I can. I'm still working on helping with the dishes though :-) .

We have an equitable system...the one who cooks the meal does not have to
clean
up. The one who did not cook the meal has to do the clean-up. This way no one
feels unduly oppressed, and peace reigns supreme. :-)
