I have a low volume boat and there is not much room in the bow for big 'ol 
shoes.  I have Nike watersocks to wear in the boat, though I've seen from 
paddling buddies that I can probably get a comparable, cheaper product at 
Wally World.  On land, Chacos rule for me.  Pricey, *yes.*  But the fit is 
incredible if you live in them, like I do.  Try on both footbeds, though.  
The Z-series isn't for everyone, as I found out.  The company offered to make 
it right for me, after I emailed them.  A lot of mail order catalogs don't 
offer (and explain) both footbed styles. 

Sandy, the one who can wear water sandals to work, at least for the summer
