    I know there are many people who would like to help but I'd suggest everyone
wait until this is verified by Ralph or someone. This is, unfortunately, exactly
the kind of group ripe for picking because we all have been reading about this
young man and want to promote our sport.
    I am on other lists that have been taken for a ride by people who sound legit
and write lovely, personal replies. I guess at some point you just have to take
the risk and say it is better to be scamed than to let the chance to do something
good and important go by. That is a personal choice we each make but it won't
hurt to temper good will with caution.
    Hopefully we can get this verified quickly and that will solve that question
at least. Then we can figure out just how to help him in the best way.
