Hi Dave, I hate to be the bearer of un-a-peeling news, but the formula for Recoat was changed a few years back (I think it was to make it meet newer safety/environmental standards). The new stuff is so ineffective, my employer (an outdoor retailer) decided we were actually not doing any service to our customers who were hoping to restore their rainwear, tent flys, etc., so we no longer carry it. If you find a product that works please let me know - we'd love to help our customers get more mileage out of delaminated stuff rather than having it go to premature graves in a landfill.
