Comes in 1/8 and 1/4 inch thickness. That's where I've found what I wanted and found it at a reasonable price (Academy sporting goods). Want thicker? Go to the excercise equipment area of just about any discount store and look for work-out floor mats. I've also seen pool float mats made of closed cell. These are really thick. But I prefer to layer the sleeping mats for desired thickness. Nice to have as extra padding under my heels when I paddle.
