If you haven't seen the GASP "Paddling Pooches Gallery" page lately, 
there's a picture on there of a little dog called "Bean Dog" wearing a
wetsuit.  Check it out.  Really cute photo.  Her paddling companion is 
Mike Calwell, president of the Kansas Canoe Association.

Actually, Hallie and Mollie ride together in the same bucket... total weight
is less than 30 lbs.
