[Paddlewise] Rolling double kayaks

I have seen several people mention rolling tandem kayaks solo but I
was interested in what people do to be in sync when trying to
roll a tandem boat while two people are in it (and contributing to the
roll).  A friend of mine and I have been going through his fleet of 
boats (he rents and sells them) and rolling each one.  About all that's
left are his tandem boats and we want to give that a try as well.
