A.  Agree beforehand which side you'll be rolling on!  I saw a demo with
Lugbill & Hearn a few years ago wherein they were strong enough to pop the
C2 out of the water that way but of course no roll.
B.  I think the bow person tapped his paddle three times.  On the third,
they both began the motions.
