[Paddlewise] Na Pali Coast, Kauai

My partner's been pushing for a Na Pali Coast trip, and I have the paperwork 
that allows private tour permits (to avoid the double kayaks and the 
$130.00/day). I understand the waiting list can be about two years for prime 
season. And here's the question: what are the best times to kayak NaPali? 
August is apparently the calmest month, and maybe not as heavily touristed 
as, say, April. Or is it? Can somebody outline the seasons to go and NOT to 
go to NaPali?
