Have you tried Home Depot/Lowes/Ace? I know they have these wheels. If you can get a wheel that is steel instead of plastic I think you will be better off. I had to replace the plastic wheels on a moving cart because they broke when I turned in soft earth and the cart wheels did not. There is a store in North Carolina whose name escapes me at the moment that sells tools. I think it is Northern Tool Company. They also have the parts you are looking for. Hope this helps...
