Big wide side to side bends like the C-to-C motion. Also torso rotation stretches. To be sure you're actually stretching your torso and not your legs, do them sitting down. For exercises, try crunches to the side: on your back, right ankle crossed over the opposite knee, crunch to the right. Repeat to the left. Work up to 2 sets of 25 each side 3-4 times a week. Straight up crunches wouldn't hurt, either, to help your tuck.
