Of course there are the Band-Aids and aspirin but I carry extra glasses for finding those pesky splinters. For cold water I carry the chemical hand warmers that are rechargeable with a shake and petroleum jelly to help with a mild rub of the hands when they are chilled at breaks. Keeps the skin from drying out too much with all the wet in the cold.
