My wife would like go sea kayaking and camping on Lake Powell in
Utah (hey, I've been there). When I was last there about six years
ago, we used ammo boxes lined with plastic bags to contain solid
human waste. However, these are now illegal, and only portable
toilets are allowed. Not being familiar with these devices, I don't
know which ones, if any, might be suitable for an unsupported kayak
trip, or how they might be carried on a British sea kayak with
9-inch hatches.

If anyone has solved this problem, your advice would be appreciated.
