Also, I think anything above 0127 is technically an extended character, not true ASCII, and may vary, depending on the operating system. I don't know how important this actually is so I'll add one last issue. It is the font you are using AND the font it is being received in from my understanding. If you see it in this it should work just fine for you. If not, you can change the font you are working in, times or any "normal" common use font should work for you. I don't know about operating system differences. For most Windows and Mac systems it will work. Use "Copyright 1999" That way you won't activate the demime filter that deletes messages with strange codings.... btw, I've just inserted a copyright notice in the PaddleWise trailer. Your copyright notice on your message will probably be deleted when someone responds to your message. But there will always be a PaddleWise trailer attached :-) Cheers, Jackie *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - All postings copyright the author and not to be reproduced outside PaddleWise without author's permission Submissions: paddlewise_at_lists.intelenet.net Subscriptions: paddlewise-request_at_lists.intelenet.net Website: http://www.paddlewise.net/ ***************************************************************************
